🎧 We’ve launched a podcast!

It’s called In Case of Emergency, and it’s designed to answer the questions we get asked every day in training – clearly, calmly, and in under 5 minutes.

Each episode covers a real first aid topic, from how many times you can use an AED, to what actually goes into a first aid kit, to understanding the difference between a heart attack and a cardiac arrest. Our experienced trainers, including voices you may recognise from your own sessions – walk through key points in a way that’s friendly, practical, and easy to remember.

Why we made it

First aid doesn’t need to be complicated, but it does need to be clear. And let’s be honest: it can be hard to remember everything from a one-day course when you’re faced with a real-life emergency months or even years later.

That’s why we created this podcast. Whether you’re a workplace first aider, a parent, carer, or just someone who wants to feel more confident, In Case of Emergency offers short, simple refreshers you can listen to any time – on a walk, over a cuppa, or on the school run.

Our first aid courses

The podcast is a great complement to our in-person and blended first aid courses. We offer a wide range of training options – from Emergency First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid, to Mental Health First Aid and First Aid for Outdoor & Forestry settings. Whether you need accredited training for your team or a personal skills boost, we’ve got a course to suit.

Available episodes

We’ll be adding new episodes regularly, covering topics we know people find confusing or easy to forget.
